Processing Time
- All items are made to order
- Processing time is typically 2–5 business days
- During busy seasons or markets, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- We currently ship via Canada Post (or comparable carriers)
- Local pickup may be available when noted (markets or by arrangement)
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 2–7 business days after shipment
- United States: 6–12 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions
Tracking
- Tracking will be provided when available
- Once an order has shipped, 3D Bros is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country
- These fees are not included in shipping costs
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- 3D Bros is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- If a package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacements once shipped
